This is an exciting time to join the HR team and really provide a value added service across the full HR spectrum. You will be a highly organised and pro-active HR Business Partner who has implemented change. You will be responsible for partnering and building powerful relationships with key stakeholders and advising across ER cases, recruitment and succession planning, learning and development and providing HR analytics.
Your Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will either be working towards or already have a CIPD qualification. Previous HR Generalist experience within a care/charity environment would be advantageous but not essential. You will have a pro-active approach, have high attention to detail and be able to build your credibility quickly.
