A highly regarded leisure organisation are seeking an organised and passionate HR Business Partner based in their London office.
We are working with a highly regarded leisure organisation seeking an HR Business Partner who can work both operationally and strategically. Based in the London office you will be partnering with your client group in a truly generalist HR role.
The firm place an emphasis on their first class service provision both to staff and clients alike, therefore your role will encompass all areas of HR but with a particular focus on Employee Relations within your specific client group and Recruitment.
You will be supported by a Recruitment Assistant and work collaboratively with other HR Business Partners in order to deliver the HR strategy and implement HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the hospitality/leisure industry.

Your Qualifications and Experience
You will have previous experience of the full HR Generalist remit within a leisure/hospitality industry.
Ideally you will either have or be working towards obtaining your CIPD.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have high emotional intelligence and will be able to work well under pressure.
