A top 500 Law Firm who have a global reach and are renowned for their client satisfaction are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Tax, Trusts and Succession team in Guildford for a period of 8 months.
We are delighted to be working with this full service law firm based in central Guildford. They are forward thinking, progressive and innovative in their approach and have a broad range of clients including both private and public sector organisations.
As the PA within the Tax, Trusts and Succession team you will report to the Practice Manager and assist with their day to day work by providing an effective and highly organised secretarial and administrative service.
This is a full PA role with a wide variety of duties including; digital dictation to produce correspondence, maintenance of client files, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting room bookings and assisting with meeting and greeting clients and taking client calls.
Your Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with and responding to client queries, you will ideally have previous experience of working with Fee earners within Tax and Trusts but this is not essential. You will have a high level of accuracy, be a team player and have a fast and accurate audio typing speed.
